When will my order be dispatched?
Once your order has been processed for the courier, you will get a email with the tracking link. Sometimes there is an order delay of a few days if we need to get your particular item in from a supplier, depending on stock availability.
Are there payment financing options?
Yes! We are proud to work with a range of financing partners to provide payment options to all budgets.

Where is Compulsion Tech located?
Our warehouse distribution facility is located in Tauranga, Bay of Plenty, NZ.
We service New Zealand wide with our freight partner network, and safe delivery procedures.
Do we provide insurance quotes?
Yes we do provide insurance quotes to repair or replace products, please submit your claim information via the general enquiry form further below.
Make sure to include your claim number and insurer details so we can display this on the quote for your insurer.
Can we split the payment methods?
If you are looking to split your payments on your order, we are happy to help, just flick us a message and we will sort it out for you.
As an example: if you had a $3,000 order and wanted to use one of our finance providers for $2,000 and pay us the remaining $1,000 directly - that is completely fine!
