Buying a PC in 2026?
Lock in pricing while lower-cost stock remains.
Component pricing has continued to escalate sharply. Since September, RAM pricing has now increased by
approximately 500%, with no meaningful relief expected in the near term.
SSD pricing is now accelerating toward around 300% of September levels, and graphics card pricing
has also begun moving higher as supply tightens with prices already increasing by around 20%. For live coverage of how quickly memory pricing is changing,

To soften the impact for our customers, we are actively blending newer, higher-cost RAM and SSD shipments with
our older bulk stock to average pricing down wherever possible. This allows us to hold sharper system pricing
than the wider market, despite rapidly rising input costs.
Supply remains constrained and suppliers are advising us to prepare for further increases throughout 2026.
We are buying as much inventory as possible, but once lower cost stock is exhausted, pricing will continue to
rise across RAM, SSDs, GPUs, and we are now also hearing early indications of CPU pricing
increases ahead.
If you are considering a new system, placing your order sooner rather than later helps lock in current pricing
while lower cost components are still available. Waiting is very likely to mean paying more as 2026 progresses.
