When can I expect my workstation to arrive?
Your system is assembled, configured and stability-tested at our Tauranga workshop, then carefully freighted anywhere in New Zealand with signature-required delivery and a tracking link emailed to you. Timeframes and costs are on our Shipping Policy.
Is the freight transport safe?
Rest assured, we prioritise the safety of your computer during transit. Our use of Instapak foam creates a custom, protective shell around the internal components. The computer is then bagged and boxed with the case manufacturer's included protective materials, and the box is clearly labelled fragile with signature-required delivery.
Every order requires a signature on delivery, so make sure someone is available to sign. You can follow progress via the tracking link emailed to you once your workstation is dispatched.
What are the setup instructions?
We have endeavoured to make setting up your new computer as straightforward and seamless as possible. It's as simple as plugging in the power cable, connecting the WiFi antenna and display cable, then pressing the power button!

Can this workstation be customised?
